As well as the state and the police deparments and the court system as well. Looks like this more than a cover up, someone dug a deep hole and wanted to bury your case and gave it a funeral and forgot to put a head stone there to ientify the burial spot. lots of luck. these kinds of cases are happening every day in our court systems.
